Shipping Policy
We do all of our shipping through USPS and UPS. Every item is packaged carefully with the appropriate material to ensure your purchase makes it to you in perfect condition. If your package is mishandled during shipping and damage to an item please save box and all shipping materials and kindly contact us. While we strive to ship within the time frame we have set please know that once a box leaves our hands we are no longer in control. Shipping delays due to weather or other factors happen and if this happens please use your tracking number and keep updated with the shipping handlers updates.
If shipping delay is on our end we will reach out and let you know when your item will ship. We try and avoid this but please remember we are a small business as well as an active duty family and things out of our control happen and we truly appreciate our amazing customers and their understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. If there is an error that we have made we are more than happy to make it right just please kindly contact us. Once a custom order is placed and details are finalized there can be no changes made. Being as these are custom items we would be unable to resell them and therefore that is why we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions about this policy please email us.
